Changing places toilets in other countries?

I think I have not expressed myself very well. In case anybody wonders what this question has to do with dementia, just to explain: my husband has severe Alzheimer's dementia and is fully dependent on care, he cannot do anything at all for himself. Since we have a car with wheelchair ramp, have found out about accommodation with profiling beds and changing places toilets, the world has opened up for us again. I take him everywhere and in spite of his condition, we have lovely moments and enjoyment together. I have brought him on holiday to England and I can see that he realises where he is and that it makes a difference to him. Knowing that it is not going to last makes these moments and the feeling of togetherness extra precious.
